Depending on the third-party platform, actions may be verified or non-verified. How an action is tracked (i.e. verified) and rewarded will depend on the API of the social platform and its platform policies. For some actions (i.e. non-verified), we will reward when the entrant simply visits the social platform without verifying that they indeed completed the action. For example, we cannot track if an entrant has liked your Instagram page. So the entrant will be rewarded as soon as they click to go to your Instagram page.

PRO TIP! Be sure to use 'Ask participants a question to complete this action' feature to ensure that participants engage deeply with your non-verified actions or if you'd like to know how engaged they are. You can also ask a multiple or single choice question and reward them only if they answer the question correctly.

For other actions, we either provide you with an option for verification or do this by default – Such actions are 'verified' actions.
