Gratisfaction allows you to set up two kinds of campaigns:

 Campaigns: (E.g. Instant win, sweepstakes, contests or giveaways)

For 'Campaigns', please, can you check that the Page you are trying to display the campaign on has 2000 or more Likes.  Per Facebook policy, the Page Tabs feature is only available to Pages with 2000 or more likes. You can read more about this policy on Facebook here  

Also, only one campaign can be displayed at a time.

Loyalty Program:

For 'Loyalty Program',  please note that because it needs to create a session with your store (for signups, tracking purchases for rewarding points, etc), this cannot be displayed on Facebook.
