1. How does Judge.me work?

Judge.me is a popular product review app for Shopify & WooCommerce stores which collects reviews from the buyers. This will get you more Social Proof, which in turn, will lead to higher conversions and Search Engine Ranking.

2. How does Social Boost work with Judge.me?

An awesome feature of Social boost is that it works hand-in-hand with Judge.me. Social Boost provides incentives for your buyers to leave reviews through the Judge.me app.

3. How to integrate Judge.me with Social Boost?

Please follow the steps below on your existing Social Boost app for Shopify or WooCommerce. (Refer the screenshots below.)

1. Go to the “Integrations” tab on your apps dashboard.
2. Click on the “Judge.me” option on the list of available platform integrations.
3. Enter your Judge.me API token which can be obtained from their support team.
4. Enter your Shop URL (eg. store.shopify.com which is connected with the Judge.me account).
5. Choose your website platform. (Shopify & WooCommerce are the only platforms currently supported by Judge.me.)
6. Click the “Save” button.

Wow! You completed the integration rather quickly. Now, let’s set up the “rewards for leaving a Judge.me review.” This process will go more quickly than the last one. :-)

4. How to set up rewards for leaving a Judge.me review?

1. Go to the “Campaigns” tab from the apps dashboard.
2. For existing campaigns: click on the desired campaign name. For a new campaign: Click on “+New Campaign” button and enter the campaign details ->click “Next” button.
3. Click on “2. Setup Entry Methods” tab → “Judge.me Review” icon. (It will ask for integration details as mentioned in the previous steps.)
4. Enter the General details like: “Title” and “Description.” Then, select “Website” or “Products” from the drop-down to indicate which one will be reviewed. Setup Reward: Enable this feature if you would like to offer an “Instant Reward” or “Entry Mode” or both.
5. Click the “Save” Button.

Instant Reward: Auto Magic Coupon

1. Enable “Give an Instant Reward” option → Select “Coupon” -> “Automagic.”
2. Now select one of the 3 types of coupons: Percentage of the total order. Fixed amount for the total order. Free Shipping.
