1.In your Gratisfaction admin panel go to "Celebrate Events" & then click "Edit" icon in your event
2. Click on the 2nd tab "Day of Event Setup" and you will find the option " How many days before the event will your rewards be activated?" under "Activate Rewards"
3. Please enter the number of days eg. "90" in the field box.
4. Also do not forget to enter the message that you would like to display to the customer in this dashboard before the event.
5. Now click on the next button & customize the email message that our system will send out to your client before the event.
6. Click "Save" to Activate.
