If your customers are taken back to your homepage when clicking on the 'Create Account' links on our pop-ups and/or tabs, this is likely due to the fact that you do not have customer accounts enabled in your Shopify admin.

To enable customer accounts, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into your Shopify admin and click 'Settings'.
  2. In the Settings page, click 'Checkout'.
  3. Make sure that you have customer accounts set to either 'Accounts are optional' or 'Accounts are required'. Select and then click 'Save'
If you have checked the above and your customer is still unable to join the program, please contact us at support@appsmav.com
