What are Loyalty & Referral Program and Campaigns

'Campaigns' and 'Loyalty & Referral Program' help you get more leads, build lists, visits, followers, engagement, sales, repeat sales, and referrals.

You can simultaneously run 'Campaigns' and 'Loyalty & Referral Program'.
You can run multiple 'Campaigns' either simultaneously or stagger them as per your strategy .

'Campaigns' help you more with getting leads, account sign ups, newsletter subscriptions, followers, referrals (single-sided) and generally increase engagement. They do help in getting sales as well.

You can run multiple campaigns to achieve different objectives for e.g. run 'Subscribe for a chance to win' campaign if you'd like to increase your newsletter sign ups. Run a 'Visit to win' campaign to increase visitors to your website and social media pages. And, run a 'Refer 5 friends to get $50 off' for an instant win referral campaign.

'Loyalty & Referral Program' also helps you achieve all of the above objectives but in particular will get you referral (double-sided) sales, increased sales, repeat purchases and loyalty.

'Loyalty & Referral Program' aka Rewards Program: works only when the app is installed via an e-commerce platform. We currently support BigCommerce, Ecwid by Lightspeed, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce. So after successful activation, visitors to your website will see a 'Rewards' Program widget and get points for shopping, referrals, signing up to your store, etc.

'Campaigns' :

There are two categories of campaigns that you can run:

  1. No purchase required campaigns

  2. Purchase is required campaigns aka Post Purchase campaigns

No purchase required campaigns

As the name suggests, no purchase is required for people to participate in these campaigns.

You can run the following types of campaigns:

  • Sweepstakes: Add one or more actions for participation in your sweepstakes. e.g. watching, following, referring, visiting , answering. Reward people with bonus entries for participating in these actions. And, then draw winners.
