'Slots' are Scratch Offs. So each time a participant scratches the card, it is counted as one slot. So for e.g., if a participant jane@example.com comes back to play again and again for 10 times (if 'players can play again' or 'refer-to-play-again' settings are activated then participants can play many times), this will be counted as 10 slots.
